Hi, I'm Claire, and I've always had a passion for health and wellness. This passion led me to a surprising turning point in 2021 when Paul encouraged me to join a 90-day Wildfit challenge. I was initially hesitant, but my incredible results changed everything for me.

Phase 4: Integration and Lifestyle Adaptation (Weeks 10-12)
