Hi, I'm Claire, and I've always had a passion for health and wellness. This passion led me to a surprising turning point in 2021 when Paul encouraged me to join a 90-day Wildfit challenge. I was initially hesitant, but my incredible results changed everything for me.

Inspired by my transformation, I decided to delve deeper into this journey. I trained to become a certified Wildfit coach, eager to blend my experiences and insights to guide others on their path to wellness.

But my journey didn't stop there. I also became a 10X Fitness coach. Balancing life as a mother of two young boys, I understand the challenges of managing a busy lifestyle and fitting in time for exercise. That's why I love 10x so much!

  • Guidance on making fitness practices a natural part of your routine.
  • Personalizing workouts to align with individual fitness goals.
