We only collect what you give us. That typically means your name and email when you download our cookbook or enquire, and any details you share when you book or attend a discovery call. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or a form, we receive the information you send.

To send you the resource you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver coaching, and, if you have opted in, to send you occasional helpful emails. You can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link in any email.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent (for marketing emails), and to take steps at your request and fulfil our services to you (for enquiries and coaching), in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we share it with
